Scrapebox Article Scraper plug in or other content creating tool?

What is the best tool to create or scrape content?
I don't need unique content because i will translate english content/articles into german
to use it for my sites. So is scrapebox article scraper enought or are there better ones?

Scrapebox article scraper can scrape articles from any site you want to add in generally speaking. Also it uses google or bing translate to translate them into german for you.

It has a built in spinner as well and also there are several services for spinning it integrates with, if you want to spin.

But if you just want to scrape and translate, I mean if the article scraper can scrape the aritlce and it can translate the article, and thats all your doing, how can there be anything better?
