How often should i blast my link to stay under the radar? I Just don't want to go over board you know? my domain name is 2yo if it matters

One more thing, do you think i should harvest all my current indexed pages and blast them too? so it would look less suspicious having a shit load of back links pointing to my main domain world look suspicious to me idk
