Does anyone know a free app/software that will scrape photos from Instagram accounts?

@vurku had an online service that did / does this

I think they introduced a premium service, but still have a (limited) free tier than might suit you

I don't know the application. But keep in mind that it is better not to delete unnecessary publications, but to archive them.
