Scammers sending paypal activity blocked email that hits the inbox - hotmail

    Man i cant believe how these bastards achieve this

    It did hit my inbox and tells that my account is blocked and i have to take action

    The link they did put do not click

    I can't access the phisher site for some reason, anyway.

    PayPal are a bunch of fuc*ers, but they only ask for account verification in mail, after account creation.

    I guess I'm kinda really aware and alerted when it comes to phishing now. For me , the "Check it here" CTA button doesn't look right from the first look. Therefore I would have logged in via typing the paypal url directly in the browser if I had received this email..

    received a few of these recently, not this exact one though, but they arrived in spam in gmail, maybe step up your game OP and use gmail or yahoo, those both have better spam filters by default :p
    plus on gmail there's always this little key symbol with paypal emails when they come from paypal's trusted email addresses
    i checked these emails out closely although they hit the spam, they were very well written, they even used paypal templates, so just by judging this, they could have come from paypal indeed, however they didn't spoof the senders email address, so the phishing attempt was pretty obvious
