Hello everyone
I have been scammed too at Xmas. The difference is that I paid him through Paypal. When he was not replying to me, I got Paypal to refund. Note that he kept communicating with me as I promised to buy further service from him when he delivers the initial one. But when he sent me some URLs for the site, and I said these did not correspond to what we discussed, he vanished. That's when I asked Paypal for support, which they did. They refunded and that was it. He is a scam.
Here is his last email to me:
Hi,
I have used the same registrar for hundreds of PBNs and sometimes still do for some clients. Registrar footprint is a myth I think ... also, you are only having 5-10 PBNs. If you decide to go with more then I can add more registrars, that’s not a problem.
I’ll get back to you tomorrow with the new list of domains.

If he's sharing the domains that's another network he's screwed up.
