    Looks like both people are refunded.

    Shame it came to this, but going forward the same applies to any panel. If a service isn't working you refund to the buyer ( less any bonus amount ). You cannot withhold funds as an account credit. As for accountancy fees etc, that is your issue to deal with, buyers are not paying your fees to your tax advisors.

    I have a problem with 2 of my orders which show as completed but not all was delivered : 182827 and 182825 is incomplete.

    2 Orders in a row 182827 and 182825, both orders are marked as completed but as you can see from the screenshots, the twitter and LinkedIn were not delivered as ordered.

    I did not use credits for these but paid for each via PayPal. hope @memme want to avoid opening a PayPal dispute so hope you can either correct my orders or provide refunds as you failed to deliver what was paid.

    I am the one that did not receive what was ordered, and it is not the first time that has happened.

    Maybe you should get your service in order and start delivering what people are ordering - then you wont end up on a shit list and keep responding to threads like this one.

    You did not even offer an apology for failing to provide what you should have but instead you go on the offensive. Some service provider you are.....

    Not sure if I can reply, however I see the original issue has been resolved for both @blackwalker and @joanneceoil .

    @memme I am curious as to why that one sentence addendum was added to your terms of service at some point between September 2017 (https://web.archive.org/web/20170903121235/https://www.blackhatlinks.com/tos.php) and now (https://www.blackhatlinks.com/tos.php).

    Withdrawal of unused Credits is not available.

    Yet in your original sales thread, you state "100% money back guarantee if you do not get what you ordered".

    I've seen an excuse that you offer deposit bonuses, but that should not stop the return of funds at the original, non-bonused rate. This is nothing more than a cash grab to try and skim unused credits off the top of members who forget they have a balance. No different than requiring members to buy the equivalent of a gift card. You get the money regardless of if they use the services or not.

    That is dishonest and as @Sephrata pointed out likely illegal. I am not going to sift through 90 pages of you demanding users post their username in your thread as a manufactured bump to see if you mention not providing refunds of unused credits, but it's not in your original marketplace sales graphic and was not mentioned in the mod review for the service.

    On top of that, it appears you are claiming "Best Rated Service" and 1500+ user reviews in your thread both for social signals AND for your PBN. Your PBN sales thread is on page two, and you are attributing reviews for your other services to that one service, which is again dishonest.

    Your lack of a refund possibility for "purchased" credits goes against what @Zwielicht posted in Marketplace Content Standards (https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/marketplace-content-standards.1036646/):

    Please note that "no refunds" refund policies will not be accepted as they cannot be upheld in the event of a shit list, therefore you'll need to offer a refund under some kind of circumstance

    Claiming to have the "Best Rated Service" also goes against the content standards where you cannot post unquantifiable claims, including Best/Most, which is clearly being done. In your sales copy for your PBN you also state "You won't get a better looking article anywhere else", a claim that is not only unquantifiable, but also blatantly false.

    I know this shitlist is not about your PBN thread, but as it appears you are marketing the two services as one and the same, that should be accounted for in blatant disregarding of pretty clear cut rules.     I dont like posting these and i am sure you dont like reading it, but will continue to do so until you are able to deliver my orders COMPLETED, and not just mark it as completed when in fact there are missing parts. Maybe you should get someone to manually check all orders before marking them as completed, because it is obvious your automated system is causing more trouble than anything
