Scammed by godaddy

Have you tried to open a support ticket on their system or you just were sending them emails how bad they are?
Godaddy is almost leading domain and hosting and oth provider so duuuude, don't call them a scam if you don't know it as a fact. I bet that could be a mistake from your side. Read their TOS and refund policy.

You don't know if GoDaddy is shut down or not? Really? You don't think that would be international news if they shut down?
I know it can be frustrating, but stay calm and think clearly. Pick up the telephone and call them.

A few years ago I was logged into my Godaddy account and something bizarre happened. A random domain appeared in real time in my basket that had nothing to do with me. Can't remember what happened exactly but it was weird as f$£k. It was like somebody elses session was going on inside my account. Pretty sure I saw somebody elses details as well.
I called Godaddy straight away and they did not seem one bit concerned about it even though there was a potential security issue.
I eventually moved all my domains over to namecheap and closed my godaddy account.
I remember getting stung with emails out of nowhere saying I had been charged for multiple domain renewals that I didn't want so I was stuck with them for another year. This was obviously my fault for not cancelling them but I always thought their interface was designed to make it a bitch to do all the technical stuff.
I called Godaddy straight away and they did not seem one bit concerned about it even though there was a potential security issue.

Everyone else in the world can call them and get a response, but they never respond only to you? I don't know man. Do you think you are telling us the truth?

Call directly. Last time I got some technical issues,
worst my english is bad , lucky the agent able to understand my english and problem solve , clarify
on the spot.
One thing I don't like Godaddy is they like to upsell a lot , want to get service on techncial side need to pay extra
well perhaps depend what kind of service ?
Just hope they don't purpose play prank on resources side than email u , resouces low need to upgrade the hosting plan
which I hate it.
also hosting speed wise., sometimes i noticed certain hours their hosting speed seem slow
and i on business plan.
in fact they got survey sometimes i just honestly highlight to them what needed to be improve.

i call the china agency,they have no permission and let me email,then never response

I would use a Proxy or VPN for the USA and use their live chat support. China of course can be very different from the rest of the world. Of course, the USA customer service will try to tell you just to call the Chinese phone number, but if you just keep telling them nobody will respond maybe someone will be nice and help you.

Their customer service is superb. They respond very quickly. Don't know why are they taking time in your case.
