Boom1 contacted me on the 23/06/2012 telling me that he needs Ebay account in good standing.
I haave 2 ebay selling accounts and one with over 270 feedbacks 100% rating.
We met up skype and Boom1 told me he supplies Genuine Football Shirts all over the world and that he buys from a superstore in Thailand called SUPERSPORTS.
I accepted his proposal and he listed shirts for me through Team view saying all Shirts are Genuine Addiddas.
We started listing and selling and then He wanted me to transfer all the Money to Him through Western Union Only.
I refused the option of western union but he sent me a passport copy of his assistant by Named Wanida Phimrat by which I should send all Western union funds .
The buyers started buying and all of a sudden, negative feedbacks began to flood. Feedbacks were item not genuine, item are fake etc. Disputes started coming " significantly Item not as described disputes. I furnished BOOM1 through his skype called globalmedia11 of all the problems arising and the disputes thereof. He said, I can offer the buyers some discounts to keep item happy and not return items. Some of them accepted while some refused.
Worst still after about a week of the items not as described disputes began, I started receiving disputes on "Items not received".
I asked for tracking numbers, he started sending fake tracking numbers and worst still, he will give me one same tracking number for 3 different people. I only got to know when I won a case claiming item delivered and the guy had to go their post office international to pull the correct recipient of the Item tracked. To my shock, it was one of my customers who received item as not as described and returned it. On checking that tracking, I discovered that the same tracking was given to me for 3 different people.
I had over 31 disputes opened at one time at which point Paypal limited my account.
When my account was limited, Paypal said they can only remove the limits if i clear up the disputes and settle the negative balance. My account was limited on 17[SUP]th[/SUP] July. I waited for BOOM1 to refund these money for a month, he kept procrastinating to a point, I started transferring my money to paypal to clear all the disputes and negative balance.

BOOM1 Promised to sort this out but gradually, stopped answering His phone number, Stopped appearing on Skype and stopped appearing on BLACKHATWORLD..
Amount sent 3040. Ebay account suspended due to Poor selling Standard, Paypal Account Limited and over 1,200 if my money spent so far on Refunds.
This account had over 270 feedbacks 100% and my second account has over 1200 feedbacks. Both selling accounts with no limits. Now both limited as they linked both together due to poor seller performance.

I have His Name: His email which traces him and His Assistant Wanida Phimrat, His assistants Passport copy, copies of all Money transfers sent to Wanida Phimrat.

some refunds made. I can produce all refunds here but I was asked by forum administrators to keep it simple and readable by providing some evidence

[25/06/2012 16:55:55] Globalmedia: Thats good standing
[25/06/2012 16:57:34] Globalmedia: The products I have at the moment are genuine euro 2012 shirts
[25/06/2012 16:57:56] favoured111: just need partnership with a nitch line
[25/06/2012 16:58:11] Globalmedia: These are going very well
    [25/06/2012 16:58:23] favoured111: ok
[25/06/2012 16:59:52] Globalmedia: I have Germany, Spain, Italy and Portugal shirts wiyth all patches and names and numbers if required
    [25/06/2012 17:00:13] favoured111: ok
[25/06/2012 17:00:26] favoured111: and will sell well in the UK
[25/06/2012 17:00:26] Globalmedia: These are the real shirts by adidas, nike and puma
    [25/06/2012 17:00:33] favoured111: ok
[25/06/2012 17:04:20] Globalmedia: You can list on ebay.co.uk and just offer worldwide shipping, it shows everywhere then
    [25/06/2012 17:04:33] favoured111: ok
    [25/06/2012 17:04:38] favoured111: tha ts fine
[25/06/2012 17:08:16] Globalmedia: Ok, will get an email to you tonight
    [25/06/2012 17:08:27] favoured111: and whats my percentage
[25/06/2012 17:09:32] Globalmedia: They differ but I guarantee you at least 5 pounds per shirt profit after all fees, some people zre selling over 100 a week, so it can soon add up
    [25/06/2012 17:10:30] favoured111: ok
[27/06/2012 18:08:42] Globalmedia: Ok, the best thing to do when they ahve sold is pay the ebay fees first then transfer the rest out on 24 hour transfer from pp. The reason for this is pp is looking around at dropshippers and freezing accounts. If you just transfer out to your bank we can work it out from there
[29/06/2012 11:06:29] Globalmedia: For the 190 that is left the easiest way is to western union it to me, it can be sent in my assistants name wanida phimrat, hua hin, thailand, that way the money clears today and shirts shipped tomorrow. Obviously there will be fees just take it off the 190, so if its 12 fee send 178.
[09/07/2012 15:56:05] Globalmedia: If you can calculate exactly what you gave withdrawn from paypal
[09/07/2012 15:56:22] Globalmedia: Then we can work out ebay fees, then your profits
[09/07/2012 15:57:00] Globalmedia: Then the remainder of the shirts can be paid for and everything is out and gone,
[09/07/2012 15:57:27] Globalmedia: Everything that has been paid to date has been released and will be with customers soon
[09/07/2012 15:58:06] Globalmedia: I can work out base figures here based on orders but I would need to go into each sale to get all prices
[09/07/2012 15:58:38] Globalmedia: It would be easier if you just worked out all withdrawals plus ebay fees paid so we have a net figure to wirk with
    [09/07/2012 15:58:53] Globalmedia: Work with
    [09/07/2012 15:59:31] favoured111: ok
[09/07/2012 15:59:52] favoured111: how many shipped till date please
    [09/07/2012 16:02:28] favoured111: hello
[09/07/2012 16:06:12] Globalmedia: I will have to get exactbdata in the morning as over the weekend a number were put on hold, I will get the data of what was released this evening from the post office tomorrow. Everything you have paid for and more have been shipped but I need to get exact data tomorrow because of our misunderstanings over the weekend
[09/07/2012 16:07:40] favoured111: Amaizing questions here over items shipping from customers
[09/07/2012 16:08:13] Globalmedia: You just need to give them a standard answer, so everybody is getting the same
[09/07/2012 16:08:25] Globalmedia: I would say to them the following
[09/07/2012 16:10:49] Globalmedia: With regads to your order it has been shipped, as per the listing we stated 8-10 days for shipping. This is the average shipping time. Please be aware that as stated shirts are shipped from overseas and as such may be inspected by customs, this could add a few days to shipping time. No customs charges will be levied as packages were sent as a gift
[09/07/2012 16:11:07] Globalmedia: That way you cover all bases
    [09/07/2012 16:11:31] favoured111: ok
    [11/07/2012 10:06:37] Globalmedia: Back now

you got killed in that deal -- and why did he tell you he had tracking numbers when he was sending via regular post.

all that work / all that risk for a real pain in the neck - feel sorry for you.

I would make his life miserable - by going to all the Thai Expat Forums and posting the information - so he cannot do it again.

OP Post #10 needs editing that might be the guy but BHW rules do not allow publishing personal data on the guy - best you contact BHW mods for clarification

I support you but just trying to help to make sure nothing goes wrong in your efforts to get the money back

The Thai name he is hiding behind is your problem the UK guy is just the frontman who is dumping the money he receives into the name of 'Wanida Phimrat' this is the root to your problem as you will need to be Einstein to get any money back from that source

Hua Hin is not a big place. It's 2 hours drive from Bangkok.

I lived in Hua Hin for like 3 months. The address you mentioned is super easy to find

I'm sure the Thai tourist police would be happy to help you, if you know where he lives, they would probably go there with you and take him to the tourist Police office, where he would start to panic

I think being a donor doesn't mean much in terms of credibility. User pays 97USD to be a donor, and in this case, banks 3000GBP+. It's pure business for people like that.

I'm sorry that this is a tangent, but posts like that are just stupid. Boom1 has 851 posts in the 10 months he's been a member. If someone is simply donating just to scam, they're not going to create that many posts - they'd create enough to become a Jr VIP and that's it. I'm not saying that Boom1 isn't guilty of what he's been accused of, but I'm just pointing out that I seriously doubt that he's just joined with the intention of scamming ppl here.

Unfortunately from what I see is more JV or donors scamming people then regular members
without that status. To me having a JV or donor does not carry any weight at all except the fact you
donate some money. As far as the scamming goes I have been noticing a lot of JV and donor scammers
    lately

I live here in Bangkok, this guy is a scammer. He has a shitty website thrown up and asks for an insane per week price for 'villa rentals in hua hin' that you HAVE to deposit some 30 % at time of booking, later..boom disappear.

OP, you aren't going to get much(read any) legal help..even if you were here.

To everyone, I suggest using paypal, bank transfer or anything that will give you real details about your business partner and use methods like moneygram or western union only after you have established a good business relationship.
