I am am currently both scammed and blackmailed by the JR. VIP member on here named Helloall. Below is both screenshot proof of our messages, transcripts and etc fully showing what he has done to me.
-Blackmail me in effort to scare me and stop my future sales on my own
-Get BHW jr. vip members and alike to turn against me, defamation (his threat)
-Cancel our JV & filing 'unauthorized' chargebacks via paypal.
Even with our disagreements, and ending our our JV, he shouldn't be doing this.
Me & Helloall (aka Justin Kim) had talks of doing a JV.
My first intentions myself, were to just sell my ebook on Warriors, DP, sitepoint, and etc on my own.
At first, I was going to release an ebay method book on DP, and I found helloall's on DP to be reputable, so I had him do a review and gave back criticism, which he was so willingly to do. Well little did I know, his DP account - webmustang was banned (don't know why - he never said)

Fact is: It doesn't take much skills to really type up a thread about your own product, and get people to buy it. It isn't hard either to give out some review copies to get some reviews back. Posting a sales thread IS NOT HARD.
He then asked for a 80-20 cut where he, as my product marketter gains 80% of profit. WHich is BS. But I am not here to argue the split anymore, i'm argueing that he is scamming me for taking my 20% away.
So I write several PMs to tell him just that, then that is when he gets upset and tells me how he does 'everything' that cost money. Well guess what, when you work with CPA - they tell you go to out and get leads/sales. They don't give a SHIT about how much you spent on marketting this, and marketting that. My interest in the JV is to gain money - just like any CPA network would. I didn't tell him to spend all those extra dollars. Again - its not like you need to pay SEO, and etc to make sales on DP. Moving on.
Him approaching me that he could generate money outside my ways interested me. I said no, I clearly have not thought beyond the scope.
He told me that he could market, and sell my product via CB and affiliates.
So I agreed to do a venture, I mean the benefit of this to me is that I would be able to make sales outside of the IM forums, and his benefit would be making some profit on my product. Hence Joint Venture.
A day later, my account received a 1 week infraction on DP which made me suspended for that duration. I was suspended on DP because I had went on a thread asking someone to pm me for information which was against the posting rules.
In the mean time, helloall aka Justin Kim, had told me to contact him via skype in which we talked live.
He knew that my account was banned - so he took action on posting it on DP himself. I questioned why - because again, i only need a day or two to
get my account back up running and selling my ebook.
That is why I made this thread:

3. He priced it 29.99 despite us giving talks of doing 50$ (doesnt matter if this is impractical price)
It just shows he dictated control over a product that I own, by taking is his own actions to price things differently and keep me ill informed. Everytime I complained he try to convince me by paypalling 100$, then he called me up and said that he would give me another 100$. The I got a third payment, so in total i got 300$
However again - in my ebook, on the 2nd page it still says:

Members on both Warrior Forums, and DP themselves had taken action and both reported to me, and respective staff about possibility of a non-legit seller (because this is common)
Justin Kim did not have the newer version of my book, nor the master rewritable copy, in which I had taken this out in prevention. He continued to sell version 1 (the review beta copy)
For the reports by the buyers - his Warrior account got banned.
He blames me for it, when i specfically told him to stop the thread until I update.
Then shortly after making the sales that he did, basically our ending of our JV he gives me this bullcrap.
He claimed that purchasers have actually taken back their money - which is not possible because he made buyers pay via 'DONATION'. Justin Kim (HelloAll) had made the sales page utilize's ebay 'donation' which is a non-disputeable/ non chargeback claim. Asking people to pay for an ebook as a donation is illegal in itself.

However Justin Kim or someone who had hosted his site has pulled down the sales page. However I do have email proof by purchasers who have complained, and even have posters on DP complaining about it.

Wow, blackmail, he threatened that if I were to create a new thread on my own, selling MY OWN product that I own, that he would get Jr. VIP members here at BHW to gang up on me and post their 'real' reviews (giving me a negative connotation trying to scare me that these reviews would be poor or bad).
This is in effort to make sure that I, myself, would not be able to make my own sales, because he will be hunting me down and emplace his friends to downplay my ebook and defame me in future times to come. Then he files a chargeback on the payment - after selling my ebook out to the public - I don't have as much customers as i would because they already had bought from him.

Here is your own comment on my ebook - you liked it a lot and thats why you were interested in doing a JV with me.
So guess the JV master is indeed the master by finding other people's products, and then taking their money.
