(scam) or legit? please help me (Instagram verification) asked me to pay 2000

a random guy with blue badge message me on Instagram that he will verify my account... then he sent payment address to pay 2000 for it..

now asked to pay 2000 for server fee... that Instagram is asking for server fee...

admin please dont remove it.. ( he is not from this forum. and i think it is scam)

i have no idea...

does Instagram ask 2000 for verification and server cost?

should i pay for it? please.. i trust the people on this forum. thats why i am posting here...

Of course its a scam, when did Instagram start offering this as a service. lol

Use your noodle, and spend 2k on something of value, not getting scammed, please, sir. You are an established senior member of BHW; you shouldn't be engaging in make-believe schemes.

I don't think they have rouge people (unverified and against company policy behavior) who do this.
 
How can you even consider this to be legit?
And why do you want that blue tick so much? It brings no advantages anymore.

Dude, you sound like that old lady who was pissed off cuz she was having a hard time paying her bill to youtube for $345 dollars, thank god a nice young man from india could process her payment by phone.
 
Guys its not 2000 usd, its INR.

I think its same model which X implemented 8$ USD pm.
 
There are rumors thats twitter employees where selling blue checkmark, so no wonder instagram employees may be doing it.
Now don't pay him most likely it's a scam.
 
Wow bro like, I just wonder sometimes. How tf scamming still exist. Old age ppl dont know tech makes sense. A guy who knows how to use BHW and computer. I will never understand. You have to be at a certain level of IQ to consider this could be the real deal. go on google type in that instagram email and put reddit next to it. You will see people called this a scam or worried about it.

they are INR, not dollars.
it is likely that the scam consists in making you pay twice the commission, which Instagram actually already asks for in Europe (I don't know in other countries) and you pay monthly. It's not a commission, but a subscription. If it's not available in India, maybe there's some trick underneath to get it for you.
 
If you need a blue check don't pay one to get it done, learn to do it yourself.

email seems legit, and is verified on gmail too, but stil is a lot of money they are asking for, better don't go there also why they call it bluetick?? that is a red flag for me they always say is verified badge just because of that seems that is some one doing some pishing so don't click on it.
