And it's page #34, this makes almost 90% of people skip from it, this is one of reasons why I started more openly share my technical setup :smirk:
I just finished testing my reddit account creation bot, coded with puppeteer node js, and actually happy with the results since it can bypassed captcha for free and making 1 account every 6 minutes and 90% success rate on total created. Thanks OP for this idea on using puppeteer rather than selenium..

Do you have some opinion (or facts) on how botting views and likes should be done?

I got datacenter proxies. I got 4g. I got residential proxies.

Or maybe it would be smarter to use someone's botnet? Hacking is not discussed here, but... why not.

Will need about 300k - 3m views per day, but I would split it over 1000 - 10000 units. This means with 1000 identities, one identity would view at least 300 units per day. That would give 300 views per unit.

When it comes to likes, maybe I would need 10% of that - probably 1000 accs split over 10k units, giving likes randomly to reach 30 likes under unit per spam operation.

I got these numbers twisted, but the idea is quite simple to understand I think. You can see they are low, but that's what horizontal scaling is about, right. One unit shouldn't hold too much responsibility. That's not responsible.

I mapped out and eliminated many points of failure, so all my accounts and browsers look like real people. Sample size was high enough to make conclusions and will get higher. Now I need views and likes. No captchas, no verifications, nothing like that. It's all nice and sweet from the get go.

Will try with 50 proxies for now. Getting 2nd machine to work on today. Probably will get a 3rd one in a couple of months. 24 cores and 128 gigs ddr5. You know what I'm sayin.

Congrats!

Now what plans you have?
Like I understand you try to "copy" luckysparks method at smaller scale?

Any other progress?
You have made Journey topic out of this?

next plan is to build a super solid account full of karma using accounts created by upvoting and awarding.

why puppeteer and not selenium?
actually ihave script in selenium c# for reddit account but its semi-automated since i have to solve captcha manually. I found out puppeteer has a built in function on handling iframe for (captcha) since captcha is an iframe. and so i decided to code it on puppeteer node js.

Because puppeteer lets us do vodoo stuff and selenium is only for software testing.

Look at puppeteer logo and you will see. You may automate botting in 10 or more ways. This can get really creative and fun. But you must be aware of pitfalls which most people aren't, so they fail.

I saw $200k projects fail cause someone was so caught up in the idea that selenium is the way to go...

The fact you can think a lot doesn't mean you know the truth. Good devs often are too focused on quality of the code and not problems of the domain.

Things that come to me this morning are as follows...

We can separate all that stuff into development, engineering (design) and problem solving. If you manage only the 3rd one, you win. This is what human life is about at the core - building tools to solve problems.

If you build one good system, don't stop. Continue using your intellect forever in every situation of your life, except maybe reacting to some immediate danger, but you should be trained for those situations beforehand. Forgetting to use intellect on a given day, means you wasted it.

Decamillionaires think about problems and innovation to solve them, all the time. Intellect will tell you if you're truly productive, but you must really find the best parts of intellect by being in good mental and health condition.

Pick difficult roles in life like leadership and pioneering in some domain, but be really good at 3 - 6 things. You will have a very conceptual thinking, seeing many relationships and patterns that even AI will struggle to find.

Have a nice foundation and believe what you do is smarter than 99% of people do (if you have proof).

Mission is very important. Recall yourself you are on a mission everyday. Recall yourself of your ambition everyday. Ask "why" everyday. Never forget why you're on the track you choose. You want to reinforce those ideas and tell your brain it's the most important thing.

For the last 4-5 days I'm on avg $650/day and in the last days reaching 1k/day so with this I officially close this journey.

I thank you for reading and staying together with me for the last year or so, it was a bumpy ride.

Probably will open new journey threads for my proxy company or smaller side hustles regarding automation. I have few ideas to try in PAA niche as it sounds interesting because of the last anti-spam updates, sounds like a stupid niche to dive into right now and I kinda like doing things the hard way.

I will keep the thread open if you have any questions.

Automation is power. If you need a sign to start learning it or applying your current skills in it, this is it.

Stay strong kings and queens.

Impressive :) i'm on my way to scale from ~250$ per day to ~500$ per day, hope i'll reach that in 1-2 week. How many account running per day at the time you reach 1k/day recently?
