Every social network, platform or website will require a different setup.
Youtube can be done with selenium and python.
For twitter - it's puppeteer and node.
For some mobile apps - it can be just reverse engineering of their mobile API and HTTP requests.

i found that someone spamming his affiliate link hide in it using that numbers , if you clicked on those numbers will redirect you to his affiliate link
youtube can't filter that.

What is not spam nowadays? I go to the supermarket, I see shitloads of ads. I open Facebook, I get ads for services or products that I did not even know that I would need. And youtube without AdBlock is becoming something worse than all of those things.

Have you ever tried Spotify without a paid subscription?
I do not use cold spam here, so it's somewhat of same as every other ad there is. With some twists.

That is just an IP address lol. You can host a website on a server and share the IP address with other people.

Yes, I have definitely experienced the pain of free spotify. I switched to YT premium as soon as I realized its existence.
But it sounds like pure spam. How do you manage to create 1000s of accounts?
I used to setup about 2000 accounts per month, but I was operating in a unethical niche and most of them went down in a month.
Now these niches are known to be pure spam and are banned instantly.

Yes, you are right, this might happen if those providers have only one proxy location where they are keeping their hardware. As IP addresses gets assigned from closest mobile operator tower, then usually, there is a specific size of pool available. The more dense the area of how many people live around tower, the bigger pool will be available. Therefore its better to chose for providers who is aware of this issue and/or are offering more than one carrier to chose from.
yes, they just assign IP to server(virtual or dedicated) and then configure their webserver to redirect all direct traffic to specific domain, this setup is easy and any dev can help you with that.

OVH has no support. You can pay for premium support, but I find it dumb as I usually need something once a year, but that requires subscription. hetzner servers are cheaper and have better support. few months ago one of OVH DC's went under a fire and half of their infrastructure were burnt down in that DC, a lot of people experienced major data loss.
I try to target my audience as best I can, but I agree that what I do is borderline of spam.
