SB problem - who has the solution?

I'm pretty sure I saw someone posting the solution here, but I couldn't find it.
It may be something like:

www.my-site.com/how-to-gain-muscles {gain muscles|build more muscles}

But as we have 1. names and 2. website don't know how to handle that.

Of course I could split my auto-approve list, but then I would need to set up SB every hour again for a new page.

OR DO you think I should use :AR15firin Rambo-Technik :rocketwho and put 5 to 10 links in comments

You will need to list each url on its own line regardless of the number of names you need for it.
