[SB] Does Yahoo have the equivalent of the "G" sandbox

    Assuming a large autoapprove SB blast only on a new domain (no other SEO/Backlinking) would I be right in assuming chances are:

    a) Google will likely sandbox you
    b) Yahoo just gives you the backlinks without penalty

    Yes on B.

    IMHO the jury is still out on A - if there is a sandbox, if so how it works, etc. But yes on B definitely.

    Which is unfortunate. I think we all can say that we rely on Yahoo 99% of the time for competition analysis. Google's just for research and traffic IMO

    Nope I never ping them. I prefer letting them be found naturally - I think it increases the organic appearance of them.
