    Hi There,

I added some SAPE links to my website. After 10 days rankings are going up slowly. Today i thought about google WMT and Analytics. Would google detect the SAPE links if i use Webmastertools / Analytics?

Thanks for reading my thread and for the advice.

    Regards

I personally never use GWT, but many sape users do use GWT. I suggest everyone not to use it if you are doing serious black hat seo.

Google can "detect" your SAPE links without GWT anyway. But if you use GWT on all your site there's a higher chance that your other sites gets reviewed when one of them gets a penalty I think.

If Google did not "detect" your backlinks, they are useless :)

Don't bother about Webmasters tool. For analytics, you can use piwik.

I use WMT to submit my sitemap, fastest way to get a new site indexed. Once the sitemap is indexed, I remove it from WMT just in case. Could be a backlog of my sites being connected, but you can easily avoid that by setting up multiple WMT accounts.

Only if there is a manual review and usually only occurs when you send a reconsideration request for one of your sites then all the others get reviewed and blacklisted too.

I don't understand your concern at all. You want Google to consider the links so they will help you with ranking. WMT is for you. Whether you have a WMT or not Google still see the links to the site.

Since you are talking about 3rd party links (SAPE in this case), and not your own private blog network, I don't see any reason why not to use either WMT or Analytics. You wouldn't want to have your own private blog network that interlink between themselves to be connected with GA or WMT.

Someone find me a DETAILED study showing negative effects caused DIRECTLY from using WMT's or Analytics. I'd love to see it.

This is just another conspiracy theory that people spread without researching.

    I've NEVER had any issues.
