    Hey Guys,

I was just wondering... how do you think Sandy is going to effect the election?

When Obama gives federal aid think it will turn any states?

I think he would have won the elections by far if he was in NYC with Sandy hitting and made a public appearance.

Obama has already won, if voting changed anything it would be illegal.

Yeah but sending out the message "I will always be there with the people that need help, they are more important to me than myself" would go country wide. If the president of the United States was exactly where a hurricane hits, everyone's eyes would be pointed that way, it would be a total media splash.

Erm, IN MY OPINION it depends on how timely the aids arrive to the affected states.

Remember Hurricane Katrina? Because of its delayed aids and support, it really sparked lots of fury and further affected Bush's already-low popularity. I guess it might apply the same to the situation now. It depends on how fast help arrives to the affected area.
Still, the election is so near... so it's really hard to determine.

It will have no have effect in the outcome. Obama doesn't have the excitement he had in 2008. I personally prefer the businessman that knows how to create income instead of just spend.

The question is who would you hire to run your business if you HAD to hire Obama or Romney? This country is in desperate need of help.

I been going for mitt, I like him. Good man and he about his money. Once they said he hid his money in the cayman islands he was ok in my book.

But its going to be a tight race.. Alot of people are going to be shocked regardless

I predict that the mass-media is going to "compare and contrast" Obama's glowingly positive response to the recent flooding to Bush's horrible response to Katrina for the last 3 days prior to the election. I also think they are going to continue to ignore the lies & the cover-up of the terrorist attack on the embassy in Libya, which some are saying may become an impeachable offense. President Joe Biden is a distinct possibility.

He created most of his income by firing and taking advantage of people. How will that help create jobs?

Unfortunately, it's going to help him, just a bit. Three days ago, Romney was about to run away with it; Now this "distraction" has all of the liberal media outlets showing pictures and video of Obama with his arms around people in supporters. What perfect "timing" for the general publics minds to get off of the election, right before the election.

It's going to be a toss-up. Independents will swing Romneys way, but the GOP needs to turnout.. All of the election fraud the Liberals play will have to add up..

    Romney 2012.

Obama has been playing "prevent defense" all month, as some pundit suggested after the first debate. He knows most voters made up their minds in September, so the battle has been over letting Romney get some cheap yardage, while keeping him from getting anything deep. The Sandy storm acted as a kind of 'timeout' for both, but the fact is O is still edging out Mitt in most of the battleground states according to the polls and the bookies, and the clock runs out Tuesday.

Personally, though, as a Ron Paul guy, I wish the super storm had blown both Obama and Romney away.
