I think that title is good because I dont know how to explain problem with this website. Domain is 4 years old, and back in 2012. it was ranked for one keyword at first place. Of course then I use a lot of links. First Google update - panda, penguin or whatever I cant remember which one hit that domain and rank was dropped and website disappear from search. Few days ago I check that domain at Serpbook and it's on 40th place at Google search. I didnt update content at that domain, well at least year and a half. Can I bring this website back to top 3 at first page?

    Thanks

I doubt it unless the links are really lost, probably some of them are hence the reason for the comeback.

Still, i'd try to improve its rank. Maybe it will work

    Home Page:
Smash it with a million blog comment links?

But the serious answer is yes of course you can if it's back in the rankings.

Yes of course, make a solid backlinks audit, get rid of bad ones... And probably start building new good links slowly, and posting fresh content.
