i have a 2007 website, i got few xrumer blasts, it moved till line 9-12 on major keyword ( about 100 mil results ), when i got few more blasts, its gone from the results on the main keywords but it still rank good on few long tails.

is it sandbox? and what is the best way to get back on the other main keywords?

maybe it's caffeine, bcause you get many backlink in shor time, you can say that's sand box if your site is lost from SE
