I have a site that has 300 pages indexed, but when i go to check the rankings in Market Samurai, every keyword says "not found".

Does that mean i'm sandboxed, or is it the Google dance?

The amount of indexed pages has nothing to do with your rankings...it takes time and quality content/backlinks to rank for some term.

    Thanks for your reply!
Shouldn't my links show up somewhere though, even if it's in the 200's?
I set the depth to 500 in MS and none of my links are anywhere to be found.
The site is 6 weeks old and the on page SEO is 100%
Could it be taking awhile since there are 300 pages?

You can't just throw up content and expect to rank, start building backlinks. This will not only help you rank but also speeds up the indexing process.

My first and only suggestion, do not use third party tools to check your indexed pages... You can do this by using site command in Google (site:yourdomain.com)

Third party tools may behave buggy at times.
