For the last three years, we didn't have a single PBN site busted/de-indexed and we are just using 3 different registrars for a high triple digit number of domains. So, I highly doubt registrars are a footprint Google pays attention to.

Just really depends on what you are trying to do. IF you are just hosting regular web sites then NO. If you are trying to do some type of PBN then that is what is recommend is spread stuff around.

I would say it depends on the amount of sites in your pbn. I mean if you have less than 10, you can easily get away with it.

In the grand scheme of things, you'll leave bigger footprints anyway.

This is coming from someone who regs all their pbn's at one place with whois protection

    oh dude. comeon......

using 2 or 3 major reggies is the least of your footprint problems...

using contact form 7 and the usual front page 500 worder + links the most.

if OP is stating he even randomizes DNS, he belongs to the last 5% of dudes that care about footprints.

People on here act like Google still go off Footprints for your low comp niche pbn's... be real. Your sites will be hit by an algo because you linked out in a retarded way etc.

Google is not gunna manually review your Scarf review PBN type shit. Maybe if you was selling pharma or loans... you know the niches the gov put pressure on Google to control.

It is a footprint, but nothing super massive. If you simply diversify between 3 - 4 registrars, you will be fine. Namecheap, Namesilo, Dynadot, Namebright and maybe couple others and you are set. No need to overthink this part. The important part is how you register your domains.

I mean sites that all link out in the same way, to the exact same sites. And that is is, or PBN's with only homepage links, rolling homepage type shit.

One thing I will say, i'm not 100% sure yet on what exactly they are targeting, but the new updates are going after shitty made PBN's.

I also have a theory about G diluting down the power of a "changed content" kinda PBN.
