I'm checking 2 websites that I have on my reseller account.

As I can see there, they both have different IPs.

So could I use them to give backlinks?

Just the first IPS are the same.

    What makes you say this?
If sites linking to one another share the same IP it is generally a pretty large footprint that they are created by the same person.
Yes, it is obviously possible that two sites on a shared hosting that have the same IP are owned by different people and link to one another, but with all the different hosting companies, servers and IPs out there it's at least a little suspect.

Gaining links from different IPs, especially those with a different C class is a way of protecting yourself from being caught out. Even if it doesn't directly have an impact on your 'SEO ranking' it is a safety precaution that is to be advised.

    Seriously bro,
    pls don't talk.

It's a footprint as fuck, especially if the OP is asking about PBNs. Even if you have let's say 20 sites with the same hosting provider and on a different IPs, it's still a footprint due to publicly visible same nameservers. So it's a nope.
