I submitted a sales thread since 1 November but no reply still

Might be they Gone to LA for BHW Conference. Or They will be Very Much Busy and your BST in Que for them to check when your turns come.

Just be patient and follow due process. The staff will review your sales thread if it meets all the required specifications. Right now a lot of the staff members are busy with the Ungagged conference.

It can take time and their not obligated to reply, however the process works great.
