Ashley you would be better served if you right clicked and viewed the source and copied the html and learn how they setup the page. You could build this page in notepad if you were desperate. There are many free html editors.
As for the layout. You should take notes to the style. Like highlighting at the top then the header calls to action and once you understand the componenets of a good sales page you can create one of your own for your specific needs.
Even if you had magic software having basic html and the layout knowledge will be needed to take advantage of it.
Knowledge will make you money. Software will only help you use your knowledge.
