Safest way to use a throwaway reddit account as my main account?

Hi,

I made a throwaway reddit account last year using TOR browser but only this month I logged into it and started posting.

With some luck I was able to get 25K karma in less than a week of posting.

Now I want to use this account as my main account using my real IP.

What is the safest way to do this without getting my account flagged or shadowbanned?

I ask because I logged into my other throwaway accounts with low karma and they were shadowbanned very quickly when logging in with TOR browser.

This throwaway account with high karma is doing well so far even when using TOR browser.

Please any advise as I don't want to lose this good account?

P.S. my main legit account was banned from my phone when using the reddit app including all the accounts that logged into the same phone.The reason is because I was banned from a subreddit by an immature mod without reason and reddit decided to ban all accounts that logged into the same phone for "ban evasion".
