So I just started a new Amazon site after my old one was killed by someone at Google, which I am certain was for buying PBN links and getting caught.

So I want to buy some other kinds of links for my new one but need them to be safe.

I am thinking to buy some from BHW, either:

    Guest Posts
    Manual Web 2.0
    Authority Site Links

The PBN's were good because it made me rank more easily for most terms, but I don't think ill ever buy PBNs again.

Anyone have an idea which is the most safe and effective?

    Thanks.

The safest links is the ones you have control over. So start build your own Private Blog Network instead of buying links from Public Blog Network which made your site tank.

Any kind of PBNS are not safe. To lessen the risks, spread them as wide as you can, don't leave any footprints like ips, same hosting account, same blogging platforms, etc. I don't use them though as they come under high risk seo techniques. :D

Linking PBNs to your homepage is always a risk even if you maintain it very secure.
Guest posts on real blogs is a very good option to get backlinks for your homepage as it will be natural to the eyes of Google if done properly.

Also, focus on picking best blogs for publishing your articles as there are many service providers selling PBN links in the name of Guest posts. Those are very bad links and it may affect your site again. Do your outreach manually and approach the bloggers to publish your contents which is the safest technique.

You cannot totally avoid PBNs from your link building bucket list as they are the most powerful links but it should be used as second tier links. Authority links will be a good option too.

Any last advice before I go for it?

I am going to go with either:
$300 worth of Manual Web 2.0
$300 worth of authority site links
    $300 worth of Guest Posts

All from popular service providers on BHW.

Your best bet would be always links coming from real guest posts and web 2.0's. SAPE is good but has good amount of risk.

Thanks, do you know if the guest post sellers on here are actually real guest posts or just PBNs in disguise?

Since you are looking for safe and effective links for home page linking, I prefer the guest post.

Yea, links from real guest posts with good authority is the safest way if you done this properly.

I went with 100 Web 2.0 for the first round.

Might try some authority sites if this doesn't give me the kick I need.

If you go using any ONE kind of link exclusively as your T1 then you've got a footprint right there.

Also it depends upon quality, are all these choices handwritten? And how many of each? And whats your plans for T2, can you afford HQ T2 links too?

I really hope you dripfed these 100.

And I also hope you have T2/3 plans for them. Web2.0's carry little weight in themselves, they need links and traffic of their own to really take off.

Link diversity is the key to safety. Even if you buy authority links it will be just one type of link, and it will leave a footprint.
