Why not use vpn? but if it is your own facebook account, it doesnt really matter as long as you verified using your phone or desktop webbrowser when facebook prompt for verification..

There are no restrictions I suppose, fb as a sm is allowed worldwide . I ve never met with such troubles

For verified accounts which have been in use for some time now its not really a problem, otherwise just use a VPN to be on the safe side.
