I’ve tried sending 20–30 friend requests per day before, and everything was still fine

Facebook’s current policies are very strict to prevent spam detection, so you should space out your invitation times and keep the number of invites under 50 people

You shouldn’t send too many in a single day. If you send too much, it will be considered spam and you will be restricted.
