So I goes and buys an expired domain, didn't actually check from namecheap, it has been about two weeks and the bastard still isn't indexed! I have fresh links pointing at it. Seems Google can compute some stuff but can't either compute or apply common sense to the domain name market! LOL waste of ten bucks! Seems to be BANNED.

Is there anything actually on the domain? Like a blog or some sort of content?

Thing is, it's just a domain. They are what, $10 bucks these days? that's like a couple beers at your local pub, just buy a new domain lol

Regardless this is bullshit lol, GOOGLE has no right to delist a domain that is for open sale on the market. I am the new owner, I will not apply for reconsideration to his majesty. If I buy a car on the open market I don't inherit it's past.

Go to the wayback time machine and see what the website was when it was blacklisted: http://www.archive.org/web/web.php

You can try to dispute it, but ya - I would just get a new domain and move on. I have had this happen with a client of mine. Took me awhile to realize the domain was blacklisted and was a link farm before he took it over. :(

Ended up getting a new domain and his rankings shot up no problem after that.
