How do I run multiple TOR Browser instances?
If your goal is to use a different IP for each browser session, then it won't work. TOR Browser (their version of Firefox) communicates with Vidalia and Privoxy components of the TOR browser bundle to handle the connections. All browser windows will still talk to the same Vidalia and Privoxy, so you won't get a new IP for each window.
The solution would be to run separate instances of Privoxy, however, you would need to change each instance's cofiguration to do that.
How do I know that? I contribute my programming skills to the TOR project
how do I run separate instances of Privoxy
This might help: privoxy org/user-manual/config.html#LISTEN-ADDRESS
Just put a . before the domain extension. I can't post proper links yet.
Could try running multiple virtual machines as a last option
Separate names with a comma.
