I ran a search for this but found no results. I imagined this has been discussed but I can't find a topic.

So let's say I'm blacklisted for a particular offer through a cpa network. Is it likely that I'll be able to run that same offer through a different network? This is considering I don't make the same mistake twice.

I would assume that you would be allowed because that is a whole different "channel"/link.
I don't believe that the advertisers would get to know your personal information.

**someone please correct me if I'm wrong!

YEs you can run but be careful to don't run previous traffic.
