I think almost all new accounts have it
 
problem is all guys need results from first day so ad optimization is must and main thing is cloaker they are using those cloaker which is already trackable and available in market
 
Probably try a different currency ad account. Maybe EUR will do better
 
It is true that FB is currently tightening its ad approval policy to reduce your risk of losing your account's credibility and using clean devices can reduce this tightening, but whether or not you are rejected still depends on how you use it and whether your content is in violation or not.
 
I am deal with the buyer to pay half in upfront . Once I get the account, I will pay the remaining balance later.
 
Meta is always like that always update new algorithm, Hold problem will be refunded after 2 - 3 days even 1 week.

The ad was rejected due to FB policy, maybe the content was flagged, you need to change the new content and use proper cloaking measures

just replace another acc. Or add fund in. Normally the account with fund is harder to get banned by FB
 
this can't be changed we can only adapt to meta policies better use multiple accounts and fairer payouts
 
In this time this situation is very common so always scan the accounts and items on the locked account or be careful before you make any decisions

Check and pay outstanding balance
Go to Business Settings → Billing → Payment Settings.

In the Outstanding Balance section, click Pay Now to process immediately.

After the payment is successful, Facebook will automatically release the hold within a few minutes—ads will continue to spend.
