Rules & Guidelines For The Graphic Design Subforum

Is it against the rules to start a thread where users may help other users with graphic design thingys? Like, someone write that they would like a change in a logo, and other users may help this guy for free. Is this counted as crowd sourcing?

I'm sure there are some people (including me) who would be happy to help, and at the same time train his/her own skills in graphic design..
