RSS surprise me poor results ?

Surprise me yesterday i try rss to 100 pages
liking
1- to my blog
2- liking directly to my affiliates links

result is poor 35 real clics
is iit because i link direcvtly to blog or my affiliaites links
do i need to use better idea redirection to "be trust please"
