RSS of Index

I am trying to make an RSS feed of new uploads to a wordpress index (website/wp-content/uploads). When a new image gets uploaded, I want to have a new feed entry. Is this even possible?

Sorry if this has been asked before. I have been searching for a tutorial or something but cannot find anything. I would like to use Yahoo Pipes, but if that isn't possible I guess I can go to Hire A Freelancer.
