RSS Feeds Pics in Blog Post

I have several blogs that I use. I have them updated by using Rss feeds. Sometimes there are pictures that might be in the feed. Some of the the feeds are the the Google news feeds. Am i allowed to use the feeds this way with the pictures? I am hearing 2 different versions of the answer

No problem with using images.Technically you can always use it by linking to the original source.

Thank you very much for the response. I'm here in different things on this issues I do some research on the net. I see that Getty has gone after a lot of people for use in images on websites. I am just trying to cover all my bases. Say for example I post an RSS feed on my blog and there's a picture on it say from and I can national news organization. CNN, Fox or MSNBC and this picture actually is on my blog through the RSS feed in the blog post, is this okay.

Rss aggregation "fair use" doesn't always cover the whole content ,someone else has rights on.So you better use it with caution.I won't recommend you to use the images from getty.

You can use as long these images are under proper license... or in worst case they will ask you to remove...
