Could someone please tell me the best tool to use so I can write my own articles on my main website and send rss feeds to all my other mini sites automatically?

Why not install wp-o-matic on your minisites, and then set it to fetch your RSS feed ?

Will let you write them and export the rss feeds and more

Now comes the tricky bit you will need some sort of parser I believe to catch the feed on your domains and store it plus a cron job to up date the feeds

If you can do that bit let me know

you may find this in the members down loads but if you use it, its well worth buying

turn on full feeds on your main site. then use one of the autoblog plugins to suck the feeds onto your minisites.

*zap* is right, you should tell us what kind of script you're using.
If it's custom, just code a remote publishing script.
If not, you have autoblog plugins for WP or XMLRPC and ATOM publishing protocols that might do the trick effortlessly
