Hey! You can have as many active threads/sessions are you like as long as you do not go over the traffic limit! Each of the sessions will have a unique IP address and rotate it automatically with the pool of your choice (i.e. proxies from US only)

Just had a horrible experience with your support today when inquire about applying the discounts on larger plans "Advanced, Premium". He mentioned, it's stated on the forum that discounts don't apply for larger plans but that's clearly false because no where in the post does it indicate that. Even though the screenshot / post only shows 3 plans, it says "Those are the most popular plans" and in the past the discount was applied to larger plans.

Here's our dialog: the turning point was when he made this remark: "Well it doesn't indicate that you won't get million $ if you buy our plan.", That comes across as very rude, especially to someone who would potential spend thousand of $$ with you guys. It seems the bigger you guys get, the lesser you care about customer service. I was merely pointing out a fact, and I was met it that. I guess I should have moved on after his initial response.

It would be better if you guys state this fact directly in the post to avoid this type of confusion.

Apologies for the inconveniences you had with our services and our support staff. The discounts do in fact only apply for the smaller plans mentioned in our post, however, the fact that we failed to mention that bigger plans are not eligible for a discount is entirely our fault.

We will be updating the post with new information as well as add some additional general information about our discount system and how it works so that there would no longer be any miscommunication as seen in the example here.

We sincerely hope that you will not cut ties with us due to this incident

That really depends on various factors so it would be difficult to give you an estimate, however, if that is the case, I would recommend starting off with a Starter plan and see if your bandwidth would get close to the limit by the end of the month.

Currently, we only offer static IPs in the US but there are plans to go beyond if there would be demand
