    PHP:
    $random_url = array("http://www.site1.com",
    "http://www.site2.com","http://www.site3.com","http://www.site4.com");

    srand(time());

    $random = (rand()%count($random_url));

    header ("Location: $random_url[$random]");
    This is how i do it mate. Along with GEO redirect using maxmind etc

    Is there a way that when a visitor fills in an email submit it sends to all of your desired cpa offers?

    @deusdies...Is there a way that you are wearing a white DP hat?

    As the OP's question was answered in post#2 I eloborated a came up with a "twist".

    Cause there must be some way that when a user submits his email it parses through multiple offers. You will bank in no time!
