15. Refund Policy

15.1 – No refund will be offered for VPS(Virtual private server) and Dedicated Servers. Get them cleared before completing the payment.
15.2 – IPs, Domain and all other things related to VPS or Dedicated servers are non-refundable.
15.3 – You must need to provide us the time or chance to fix your pending issues before asking for a direct refund, Else this will not be accepted and will be counted as an invalid reason.
15.4 – Cancellation of a product from clients area or billing area means you are not renewing the product from the following month. It is not a refund request.
15.5 – A partial refund will be issued, but it depends on the situation. Only for the products which are Eligible for getting a refund.
15.6 – We reserve our right to deny a refund request or provide a partial refund.
15.7 – Any credit balance added to the client’s account is not refundable. It can be used to pay for services or products only.

Summary
For the review, I asked @RootLayer_Sales to set me up with one of their Win 4 VPS package. As I usually do when I test these services, I connected to the VPS and ran some benchmarks on them. The results are below.

Service Highlights

Geekbench gave the Intel Xenon CPU(s) a single-core score of 1710. For more information on what this scores mean, Geekbench provides an explanation here.
Geekbench gave the Intel Xenon CPU(s) a multi-core score of 7453.
It took 20.36 seconds for this VPS to calculate 1 million digits of Pi.
CrystalDiskMark provided the following scores in Mb/s: (read) 295.2, 13.51, 13.93, 9.924- (write) 263, 13.51, 14.07, 10.03.
@RootLayer_Sales sent me a few download links for testing purposes. It took around 1 minute and 30 seconds to download a 10 GB file.
@RootLayer_Sales was very knowledgeable the services they're offering.

What Could Use Improvement

N/A - I didn't have any issues.

Additional Information

I normally use an online download speed tester to test these servers, although they're fairly inaccurate when I test them on VPS', so I went with using some large download files instead. Based on the results, I'd have to put the real download speed at around 800 Mb/s.
