Hello.I'm looking to outsource my business as much as I can and I am looking for a Romanian designer to create websites for me.The reason for minimum skills required is because you are going to use a verry simple web based application to create the websites.You don't need programing,html,php or any type of coding,I'm looking for people with imagination that are able to edit simple templates. The reason for choosing Romanians only is because curently I create websites for romanian businesses only,and if you don't know the language I don't know how you're going to succeed.
