    I am looking for an on-line software or service that I can use to manage the entire back-office for my main website - what I'm looking for is sort of an alternative to ring bound folders to store all the information.

    I need to store accounts, contact database, on-going ventures, details of live advertising, on-going projects etc.

    I want it all stored on-line so it can be managed by both me and my business partner (And Dad).

    I guess it would be vaguely along the lines of Google Docs, but I don't find Google docs that great to work with, and its not quite the right thing.

    Just wondering if anyone else already uses a system like the above??

    Have you tried Hitask? I'm using it as a personal grocery list but heard that it can be used as a professional task management software too. Hope it helps.

    Try "Trello". It has a mobile App also. Both of you can share same account, make different projects and also mark them scheduled for better management.
    You can also give a try to ProjectLibre

    Edit - WTF! Just saw this is a 2011 thread. Apologies.
    @Jessaly why!

    Sorry I was looking for unanswered posts to answer. I thought I'd give it a shot even if it's too late. Stupid me :(

    I use Dropbox pro and a folders and files system - of all the project management software I have tried, that still works best for me.

    If I am doing a big project that requires collaboration I use basecamp but I just think it's too expensive for what it is.

    I use itglue for storing passwords and so on.

    And todoist for day to day task management.
