Check the SEO section of the forum OP; this section is about Clickbank and you'll get more replies posting in the relevant section rather than here

If my website will be posted in 100-1000 sites , this act is not considered as a spam ?
 
No, you will be fine. Those are website statistiscs, whois, about us type sites.
