I'm currently ranked 4th on Google for my main keyword and a couple of weeks ago one of my rivals who is ranked 3rd must have been hacked as when you visit his site it warns me that the site has been reported as an attack page.

My feelings would be thats surely Google will punish this website and either delist it or slap it and knock it down X amount of pages, but 2 weeks later it's still there.

Is there anything I can do on my part to put pressure on the site in a negative way? The website will be infecting people's browsers with malware etc, so Google really should be doing something about it.
