I'd like to start hosting a paid service of illegal content, but I'm kinda worried if I could get any jail time for this. I guess they'd first send a request to take down my site before sending 20 lawyers to me?

Some hosters should provide safety against such requests, but could I handle the payment of my customers? Using Paypal would probably get me sued within a few hours and my accounts locked.

So there's almost no risk using a safe offshore host and only accept ukash/paysafecard?

You have two issues here -

    1) Hosting - if you want to be safe then not only do you need to use an offshore hosting provider that is known to ignore complaints, but you will also need to sign up with them (and pay them) anonymously, which is often an issue but providers like this do exist.

    2) A bigger problem is getting paid, as the easiest way to reach the actual owner of a site is to trace the money. So assuming you want to remain fully anonymous you will also need to establish a payment channel that is fully anonymous - which can be extremely costly and time consuming to set up, but again - doable.

I suggest You to don't start illegal web hosting. It has many risks and also fine from the administration.

Buy a offshore hosting account using bitcoins and only access it with VPN which don't save logs or by tor browser. And for receiving money you can buy offshore bank accounts or debit cards.
