OK, let's say I wanna release a Clickbank product on breakdancing...

As you know, typing all the instructions in the ebook isn't as instructive as a video demonstration.
So I did a search i youtube and found multiple videos of people FILMING OTHERS (the pros) on the moves.

Can I simply rip them and bundle it with my ebook?
Or should I do the "safer" way by just hyperlinking it in the ebook to the youtube videos?

Go an extra step and create a membership site with the videos from tube or other free hosting sites very well organized.

Does not have to have a forum but if your site takes off then get in touch with someone
who's videos you like and pay them a small fee to be the admin for the forum.

I'd not rip the videos for your product personally. If they allow them to be linked from tube then go for it.

Keeping it a bit simpler just create the ultimate breakdance video resource guide and give out the links.

I think a members site would give a higher perceived value but start simple...create a pdf guide with video links and TEST RESPONSE. If it sells and returns are dismal then consider the site model.

Why not try contacting the owner of videos on youtube of break dancing that have lots of views and ask them to promote your link in their description for a monthly price..

This can work well with the right videos

You can use Clickabank for the members area mentioned above or
Code:
Verotel.com
- I use them and they are great.
