How can I rip flash videos from xxx cam sites ?

I use a firefox extension to download flash videos from many sites, i don`t know if it will work with cam sites lol. Anyway, the firefox extension is called "download helper".

type 'screen recorder' into google. they simply record the screen so no need to download videos
