He was much loved by us during those lovely childhood days, and when TV was a new gadget(!), which took us to stars and galaxies, and beyond... Spock was one of the biggest and one of the most adorable stars among them all. RIP my dear childhood hero.

I best remembered him from the "In Search of" TV series I used to watch on the History Channel back when I was a kid.

This is my favourite episode of the series
