is there any ringtone sponser that just allow the user to text some thing to a number instead of hitting a web page first?

example:
"hey get 10 free ring tones by texting 34945 to 28379"

Don't know any country that accepts such lol. The opt-in procedure 5 years ago isn't the same as today.
