He signed a contract and didn't want to pay up?? You sign up for a service, you get the most out of that service, and then you don't want to pay? lmao That's what he gets.
It was one of his companies that went bankrupt, not him, he's worth 80 million.
So, guess he still gets the laugh?
and my rich dad said "strip all the assets out of the company and let them wind it up"
yap.. one of his company.. went => bankrupt..
His book is for entertainment purpose, not financial advice.
That's crazy. When I was younger, I used to buy into his stuff. "The Rat race" smh
It's unfortunate that this happened to him but I guess you get what you ask for. His books are actually pretty good. I love the one he recently came out with that is written in part by Trump.
his books are loaded with dangerous advice and wrong information. john reed blasted him years ago, but people still follow him...
rich dad poor dad exposed
Am I the only one here who didn't read Rich Dad, Poor Dad?
Sounds like you're the wise one that didn't waste his time.
Trump is the KING of using the bankrupt system to make fortunes. I don't like the crook a bit.
Totally agree! if people only knew how many times D trump filed bankruptcy lol
Don't trust self-help books. Period.
One thing I don't like about all these self-help books is they really can brainwash an individual.
If it makes you feel motivated, fine. But don't let it get into your head.
I know this ass-wipe from polytechnic whom read this book by chance. Ever since he read it, he kept acting like he knows everything and superior among others... he kept posting all those success quotes in Facebook and kept telling others his financial ideas (all bullshit, of course).
He is so into all these that he became lazy instead. I never liked him. Why?
Because he knew about my IM venture and he said he wants to pay me to do everything for him. He is only willing to pay me $200-300.
I rejected it and told him that I can guide him and he needs to learn from the start.
Still, he was insistent and kept telling me to accept the offer and said he is willing to give me 25% share of all the profits he might make in future.
LoL, I mean I rather do it myself and get the whole 100% profit and not worrying a douchebag.
He kept insisting to a point that he made an insulting comment:
"Hey, why not just accept it? Even if you SCAM me and run away with the money, there's nothing I can do since I don't know what is this business. I won't mind."
Whatta douche. And that's just one person whom became irritatingly-motivated and a know-it-all after reading it.
Not to mention, Kiyosaki said positive things about MLM in his first book.
There were only two self-help books that I've ever read; Anthony Robin's Awaken The Giant Within and Steven Covey's 7 Habits. Then, my girlfriend told me You could have just have think of that, you just read those books for some kind of reassurance of what we are capable of. So I stopped reading self-help books.
Well, not really, I sometimes skim thru it just to see if there's anything new in there .
LOL, human stupidity is infinite.
What a douche! Why is he still your friend?
I read those books like 10-15 years ago. I look at all of these books as BS. Of course there is truth in just about everything, but when its marketed its twisted so much. The truth is, the establishment will never allow us to get to Donald Trump Status-all this BS from guys like Rich Dad is stupid propaganda to provide concepts that really only a handful control.
What a load of absolute crock. What 'establishment'?
Is there a government department who watches up and coming businesses then destroys them when they get too big? Yeah, that would be wonderful for the economy.
You think that all the business books out there are propaganda by the government? Perhaps all the millionaires who are self-made from nothing are just made-up by this same government department.
Maybe learn just a LITTLE about the economy and the real world before making ridiculous comments that just wouldn't work. I've never met ANYONE who actually understands finance, economics and business who believes in conspiracy theories about keeping humanity 'enslaved'. You've been brainwashed. Please go to the nearest de-programming facility immediately. Do not pass Go. Do not collect $200. (lol)
Filing for bankruptcy is a tool that a lot of well-known businessmen use to survive and thrive. If it's in the system, I don't see why it's such a big deal that these wealthy businessmen use them.
And regardless of whether or not the information in his books is truthful, they're still inspiring.
his book got me started on the IM journey and I now live purely off of online
