Hey, guys :)

What would happen if you were to take an already successful authority site (500k+ visitors per month, ~10k articles) and make a list of all the 10k article titles it has. Then you transform these titles into topics (so your title is not the same of course) and have your team of writers complete all of them, after which you get a nice custom theme built and publish the articles. Is your success guaranteed?:eek:

So you're talking about pilfering the articles and manually "spinning" them? Assuming the articles are rewritten well, use different images, and target different keywords (to avoid showing up in the SERPs next to the original site), I don't see much of an issue with it. Although, if you're not providing any real value to your readers, then don't expect them to stay very long.

You mean stealing ideas and replicating on your own sites? Or do both sites belong to yourself?

It may be useful if you are going to rewrite them well, for purposes of putting up guest posts, forum articles or other writings on high authority do-follow pages pointing to the authority site, to enhance its ranking per keyword. Or, put the related articles into an individual microsite, and after a few months or a year, flip the MNS for additional earnings.
